Open the app, go to Settings, and choose to delete your account. This permanently erases your dreams, profile, proof phrase, and matches. It can't be undone.
What happens to my dreams? Are they private?
Your dreams are isolated to your account and never shown to other users in raw form. To generate interpretations, a dream's text is sent to our AI provider (without your name or email). The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
The alarm or the Lucid Nudge didn't work — what do I check?
Make sure notifications are enabled for I Dream Stuff, your volume is up, and — for the screen-on Bedside mode — your phone is charging. If it still misbehaves, email us with your phone model and what happened.
Do I have to use my real birthday?
We ask your date of birth only to confirm you're 18 or older (the app is for adults). We don't display it or use it for anything else.
How much does it cost?
I Dream Stuff is free to download and to keep your dream journal. Some deeper features may be offered as a subscription — you'll always see clearly what's free and what isn't, with no surprises.
